Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to love your bangles. If not, here’s how returns work:

Eligibility
Returns accepted for unworn, undamaged items in original packaging with all tags. Requests must reach us within seven days of delivery.

Excluded Items
Custom or personalized bangles and any items marked final sale are not returnable.

How to Return
Email returns at adhithimalaysia dot com for an authorization, then ship back within five business days using a trackable service. Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item is defective.

Refunds and Exchanges
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method in about one to two weeks. Exchanges for alternate sizes or colors depend on availability; if your choice is unavailable you may opt for a refund or store credit.

Defects and Damages
If an item arrives damaged, email support at adhithimalaysia dot com with photos within three days of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
